The purpose of this privacy policy is to explain to you in the clearest way possible what information we collect, how we use it, and what rights you have in relation to it. If there are any terms in this policy that you do not agree with, please stop using Summit Bag immediately.
Information Summit Bag Collects
Strava Data. We collect, process, and store data from your linked Strava account. We do this under the terms of the Strava API agreement. When you unlink your Summit Bag account from Strava, we immediately delete this data.
Payment Data. If you subscribe to premium, then we may collect data necessary to process your payment. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Please read the Paddle privacy policy.
Analytics Data. Summit Bag is hosted using Google services and Google Analytics are used to track usage. This includes the use of cookies. This includes Log and Usage data, Device data, and Location data.
In short, none of your Strava data will ever be seen by or sold to third parties.
How does Summit Bag use your data?
To provide and improve our service. We collect the minimum data required to provide and improve our service.
Will your information be shared or sold?
No. Any data collected by Summit Bag directly will never be shared with or sold to third-parties, except when legally required to do so.
How long do we keep your information?
For as long as you use the application. Your data will be immediately deleted if you delete your Summit Bag account.
You have the right to delete all your data at immediate notice. Please either do this from within the settings section of the application, or by emailing phil@summitbag.com.
